Here is the prompt for this weeks 5 Sentence Challenge. My 5 sentences are below. It was fun to do because I liked the picture. It was colourful and a good story to do.
Things to think about:
- What can you see? Look closely!
- Where is the bus going?
- Who are the people getting on the bus?
- What sort of place is this? A town, village, city?
Every Day the same blue and yellow bus comes down to John's road to pick us up to go to work at the University of Auckland. It was a funny day because a girl was riding beside the bus on a bike! There were wekas on the road and sheep walking across the road. The people got on the bus and got to work. Later the people went home.
This is great writing. It is great to see that you are planning to work at the University of Auckland. You may be the writer in residence. I wonder what the people in this picture do for work. What do you think? I look forward to your next blog post.
